Spend your mornings enjoying the covered porches, unwind in the comfortable living spaces, and take in the laid-back coastal atmosphere. Even better, the beach is just a four-minute walk away, making it easy to enjoy the sand, surf, and beautiful coastal days.

- No smoking anywhere on the property.
- No parties or events.
- No pets, except service animals.
- Maximum of 8 guests.
- Two designated parking spaces. Maximum 2 vehicles allowed; all others will be towed. Vehicles like boats or campers will not fit in the parking area.
- Outdoor shower directly behind the unit for rinsing off after the beach.
- Guests must be respectful of quiet hours and neighboring properties.
- A 50% payment is due at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival.
- A $250 refundable security deposit is returned 1 day after checkout, subject to the property's condition and any applicable deductions.
- Cancellation terms are provided during the booking process.
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
